Some information from this month's CoroCoro Magazine has been leaked:
Eusine will return to the story with a similar role as he had in Pokémon Crystal version.
The Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina that Arceus creates from the egg in the Ruins of Alph event will know Metal Burst, Hydro Pump, and Shadow Sneak, respectively.
Both the title Legendaries (Ho-Oh and Lugia) will be battled at Level 45. It isn't clear if the other Legendary (Ho-Oh if you're playing Silver, for example) will also be caught at this level. In the originals, the other Legendary was caught at Level 70, though since then the title legendaries have always been an "either-or" situation (as in you can catch Kyogre in Sapphire, but not in Ruby) so it isn't confirmed whether or not both will be catchable in the same game.
The Red Gyarados returns at Level 30, so it can then be assumed that the leveling of the game will be fairly similar to the originals (being around Level 30 at the point in time of the Lake of Rage). Also note that it hasn't been called the "Shiny" Gyarados, and perhaps will not appear as shiny.
Mini-Games make a triumphant return, with a total of nine touch screen based mini-games.
There also have been reports that the area to the west of the National Park is something similar to a Race Track where you must run laps of some sort (presumably your Pokemon). Details are few but if you look closely you can see an oval-shaped area to the west of the National Park.
It is said that Latias, Latios, and Mewtwo all can be caught within the game. It's likely that it will be an "either-or" for the Lati's, either based on which version you play or which you "say you saw on TV" when you return home (or similar such event where you choose).
The Corocoro issue has not been released, so it can be assumed that more information will be coming when the magazine is out.EDIT:
The race game is rumored to be named the "Pokeathlon" like a triathlon or similar, and is said to be played entirely with the stylus.
The Kimono Girls from Ecruteak are said to have a greater role in the game and will reappear several times throughout the game. This likely has to do with Leafeon and Glaceon, though the extent of their purpose is currently unkown.
Sugimori artwork for the 3 Legendary Dogs has surfaced, along with a screenshot of them in the Burned Tower, as well as the artwork for Eusine. Click!
Pokemon Gyms have been updated with new traps. There are screenshots out there of Clair's Gym having moving platforms over the lava, and Morty's Gym being in complete darkness and relying on a flashlight, similar to Fantina in Platinum.
The Lati's are said to be caught at Level 30.
There is rumors of a 'hidden ability' which Ho-Oh and Lugia will have in the game.
