It's generally not recommended to drop down into the sewers of Elnthim City, though they're certainly not hard to get to. Manholes are present on almost any street as well as in alleyways, and people generally don't pay much attention to individuals that come and go. Of course, these corridors of stench and waste are hardly appealing, and are also home to many homeless individuals as well as various thugs and wild Pokemon, so you'd best be prepared should you choose to risk it.
