Name:
Terrence Viceroy.
Nickname
Terror.
Age:
Sixteen.
Gender:
Male.
Occupation:
Team Diamond -- Grunt.
Appearance:
His appearence will decieve and his true personality will be hard to percieve. That statement is true if you go off Terrence's appearence only. Unlike most, his skin is a fair brown color. His eyes and hair contrast the darkness of his skin, his eyes being navy in color and his hair an ivory color. The trainer has no distinctive features, his body and face still smooth as he makes his transition into manhood.
His attire might be the most deceptive of his appearence. He dresses in a black short-sleeve shirt and ebony cargo pants. No he is no emo. The color black for his attire was chosen symbolically by the young man. He has a black backpack as well, which he places all his items and accessories inside for safe keeping. He keeps his team's PokeBall in his pocket, for safety and quick access.
Personality:
Terrence is a teen who you will have to know for a lenghty amount of time to understand his actions. Understanding his mannerisms might come easy for some, but unless you know his history you will never understand his point of view. Nonetheless, Terrence presents himself as a kind, mannerable fellow. He does not speak harsh words nor does he act in rage or frustration; however on rare occasions his fuse will spark. He acts with tranquility. His words are bold, despite his calm manners, he has a superiority complex tacted to his soul, so to express his power, he uses his audacity and tone. Do not think you can take advantage and walk all over this fellow. [Reference -- Paul]
While, you think you are in control, he himself is the one tricking and decieving you. He is a liar and deciever, to the fullest. He will create vivid words of trickery to get any and everything he can out of whoever he cans. [Reference -- James] He does whatever to get what he wants and desires, so crossing his path may not be the smart thing to do.
Now, his personality towards Pokémon is pretty straightforward. They may be the only creature he confides in and shows his honest personality. Why would he need to lie to his Pokemon, they cannot even speak his language. The young man is a hard trainer and will push his Pokémon to the limit, sometimes a little overboard, but he does not treat them like slaves. He understands them and understands that they cannot be used as tools all the times, perhaps this understanding, in relations to him, is what he was searching for in his life.
History:
[Innocence]
In October, a loving mother gave birth to a son, whom she named Terrence Z. Viceroy. He was born in Saffron City in the Kanto Region. The child was greatly loved by his mother, unfortunately the same could not be with his father. His father did not want his son, but stayed for his wife would not let him leave. The family was a struggling one, so Terrence's father was unable to support the household.
The boy grew up to become a fine male however, attending the local Pokeschool as he chose his journey as a Pokémon Trainer. In the Saffron City School, there Terrence met his best friend -- Jasper. The two had dreams of becoming trainers and one day meeting each other in the Pokémon League. At the age of ten, Nick was well on his way to becoming a successful trainer. However, as a beacon of light shined down upon the Viceroy's household, a shroud of darkness came as well. The boy's father was rarely around and it for days the young man's father would disappear and return.[Corruption]
Times were getting better slowly as the boy entered his life as a teen. He and his mother celebrated his birthday alone, but a party was planned for Terrence. He was to go over his friend's Jasper house for a small celebration. When the Viceroy's made it over to Jasper's house, they would be greeted by four dead bodies. Jasper and his entire family; his mother, father, and little sister, were dead. The thirteen year old was now a witness in murder.
The murder was said to be completed by the hands of an underground organization, suspects included Team Rocket. All innocence and belief in this world of love, happiness, and peace was thrown away by the hopeful trainer and his eyes had now seen corruption. The next day suspects in the death of Terrence's friend and family were captured. The police allowed the Viceroy's to see the killers and hen they arrived they would see four men dressed in the default Team Rocket attire. Tears escaped both Terrence's and his mother's eyes as they perfectly identified one of the men; Terrence's father.[Rebirth]
The two left town for their name was equivalent to garbage, their family member apart of a murder and apart of Team Rocket. The shame and darkness that overwhelmed Terrence lead to his change in behavior. Afraid of ridicule he began to tell small lies, beginning with his name and history, anytime he met new people. Starting with white lies to cover his horrible name, more and more lies continued. Deception and trickery became common in the now, fifteen years old, life.
His mother was saving for his son journey as a trainer and was ready to ship her son off. There was no longer any dreams of having a rival, no longer would he choose to journey the Kanto Region. His hopes would have to be pursued in a land far, far away; where he could start anew. At the age of sixteen the boy left, leaving his mother for the Lanorae Region.[Terror]
Not even a week and Terrence found himself in the cells of Lanorae. After his arrival he assualted a young man and stole his starting Pokemon, he was easily captured by the police force of the city. Anger and frustration was being summoned and released by the young man out of the unknown. His mind was unable to process why his father did not want him and why his father killed his son's best friend, having no release or channel for the anger he took it out of the kid; which lead him to jail.
As he was released from the jail system the young man was met by a mysterious man. The black suited fellowed proceeded to take the criminal to his base; in which Terrence consented. This was his first encounter with Team Diamond, who were looking for prospects. Now, what team would not draft a young, criminal teen? Team Diamond presented its offer briefly and the trainer agreed, aligning himself with the Team. His clothing choice of black was no to represent his lack of emotion, but to symbolically show the death of Terrence Viceroy, and represent the rise of terror. The dark color was something he could hide in, something thick to conceal himself and his true identity. His attire was provided by the Team.
Terrence is now a grunt of Team Diamond and is traveling the lands of Lanorae.
