This little bird is incredibly meek and shy. He doesn't think much of himself, and this lack of confidence means that he's not a very talented battler at the moment, though he may have untapped potential. He's easily-spooked and easily-upset, and requires special attention due to his tendency to fall ill often. Despite his shortcomings, however, Ellery is an absolute darling. He's sincere and gentle, kind and sweet, and he likes to see others happy. Though he's still awkward and nervous around George due to his shyness, the two will probably be a perfect match once Ellie's all warmed up to his trainer.

PERSONALITY
Spearows are known for their foul attitudes and short tempers, and Drea is truly no different. He's snarky and rude with a bad habit of getting angry very easily. Haughty and self-centered, he loves to prove how strong he is at every chance he gets, and is easy to insult -- and consequently piss off. He tends to think that he knows better than his trainer (always) and rarely listens to orders. However, despite his overall nastiness, he seems to have trouble messing with weaklings and those who don't have the strength to defend themselves. At least he isn't a bully! Because of this, he treats Ellery with a sort of grudging tolerance, and will even protect the Natu if he happens to be in danger. He'll help out George, too, but only because he feels like the guy's too nice for his own good and wouldn't fight back if someone tried to pick on him. Everyone else gets to face Drea's nasty side.

FUN FACTS

- Georgie has a noticeable English accent -- Cockney, specifically. (Think of the Geico gecko for reference on what a Cockney accent is like.) He picked it up from his mother, who was not originally from Cinnabar, and though sometimes it isn't very heavy, it gets thicker and makes him more difficult to understand at times -- particularly when he's tired or not paying attention.
- His nose is crooked because a classmate punched him in the face in eighth grade. Broke his nose, and it didn't heal up right.
- George's favorite color is blue, his favorite food is Pecha Berry Poffin (sure, it's technically supposed to be for Pokemon, but that stuff is tasty!), and his favorite genre of music is jazz.
- On the subject of music, George is actually quite the enthusiast. He loves the stuff, and often he can be seen relaxing and watching the clouds go by with a pair of headphones playing a lazy jazz tune and silencing the world around him.
- He's terrified of needles. He also is very claustrophobic; small, enclosed spaces make him nervous and jittery, sometimes even enough to bring him to hysterics, though not often.
- George is bisexual but prefers boys more. Girls, he's found, often expect and even want their boyfriends to have some control and dominance, which he's just not good at providing. No matter who he winds up with, though, you know he'll try his damndest to make them happy. (For the record, he has something of a crush on Keaton, though he's fairly certain Keaton doesn't feel the same and is in the process of getting over it.)
- Coming to Lanorae with a dream of flight was a good move. George is fascinated by the flying machines of this steampunk region, and he's delighted by the thought of learning to pilot one.
