Prologue - Posted on April 5th, 2009Goodmorning Johto! Well, I'm not actually sure if that's accurate: I do believe that Lanorae is in a different timezone. At least, that's what I think.
ENOUGH CHITTER-CHATTER!
This is my first post on this pretty, brand-new blog. I'm so excited, I just can't wait 'till the boat hits Lanorae soil and I can get started. That is perhaps the most painful part of the entire thing: the trip to Lanorae is a pretty long one. I can only imagine how the discoverer of Lanorae would've felt during his journey to the new land.
Bored out of my mind being stuck on this boat for so long, I opened my PDA and began a search for more information on the region I'm about to explore. Lanorae was discovered by a man named Kiel Xavier Shiloh, captain of the ship Abyss. The ship sailed through two massive storms before arriving on the new lans, Shiloh's trusted Gardevoir Lanore not surviving the experience. In loving memory of his partner, first mate and head navigator, Shiloh then decided to name this new land Lanorae.
I think it's such a sad story, but pretty as well. To have such a good bond, a connection with your Pokémon... It's something I've always dreamed of having. The concept of it alone is just... amazing. It seriously gets me more excited for my own journey by the second. xDDDD
Speaking of starting a journey, it has also come to my attention that the Laboratory in Lanorae has it's own, exclusive set of Starter Pokémon. I've tried to look up some information to show you guys in this blog, but so far I've only managed to dig up their names: Iglora, Firecub and Seaward. I'm really curious to how they look, and I bet you are, too! Don't worry, I'll post pictures as soon as I get my hands on any. ^^
Well guys, from what I'm hearing is that we'll be arriving in Lanorae shortly, meaning I should really pack up my stuff, hehe! I'll be sure to keep you guys posted. You guys just be sure you keep checking up with me.
Love, Liz
