battle pit
The Battle Pit is watched over by a very powerful Marowak that goes by the name of Elda. She's lived here for ages and has seen many fights in her lifetime before she retired from battling to become the self-appointed overseer of this particular area. She is quite the stickler for rules however, so it is not wise to cheat while her watchful eyes are upon you.
Elda also enjoys keeping everything on record, so it's not uncommon for her to have a running list of who's in the lead in terms of victories.
The Battle Pit itself is a large, expansive sand-pit where Pokémon can battle without fear of getting injured by the elements of the environment. However, that certainly doesn't mean injuries don't result. After all, the are fighting, but at least they are less common than uncharted duels in the wilds.
However, even in the wild battles of Pokémon there are certain "rules" that you are required to follow. These rules should be well known to all Pokemon, however, Elda doesn't mind making sure younger Pokémon are familiar with them and, well, we all forget sometimes..._ __ ___ ________________________________ ___ __ _

You may only have a single battle going at a time — per member — however, you may start a battle immediately after your last one has finished. Just make sure any Pokemon fighting here are not fighting in the actual Pokemon stadium as well.
When making your thread, please post the form down below somewhere along with your introduction. Also, give an insight as to if you want to battle another member's Pokemon or an npc Pokemon, and if there's any preference in terms of win, lose, or draw. Leveling here is exactly like everywhere else, though all npc Battle Put Pokemon will match your Pokemon's level.
Please keep all your battles in separate threads — one battle per thread — and, of course, all other rules on the forum apply here as well.[/ul]
