APPEARANCE

Physical Appearance; Max is an extremely well-kept kid. This is mostly because of his upbringing, but also because he's vain. His hair is ashy-blonde and meticulously kept. His eyes are green, his skin a little pale. He's not overly tall, since he has yet to hit his growth spurt. He still has boyish features, but he's beginning to grow into a young man instead of a child. His clothing has always been a little different than others in terms of the expense - they look like many other teens' clothing, but the know-hows of fashion would recognize the difference. He most commonly wears jackets of dark brown and black, dark or green colored shirt, and artfully tattered jeans. Because he hasn't worked much - at all - in his life, his skin is flawless and scar-free except for two long, thin, raised scars on his back. One on his left shoulder blade, one about mid-back. Because of these scars, he never bares his back when anyone is around. That being what it is, he never wears swimming attire.

Personality; The first impression people get from Max is that he's a spoiled rich brat. Some would even say his personality is downright rotten. In some ways, that thought is true. Max is spoiled, vain, rude, and cruel. At home, he never even acknowledged anyone below his social rank. He didn't get this mindset from his parents, since they were very kind people. However, because Max was raised without want for anything, he got it set in his head that he was better than most people. To be honest, before certain recent incidents, he didn't even really have a true understanding of human life and death. He was the worst type of person. Before he was thirteen, he didn't have much to do with any Pokemon at all. Their family had a wealth of them, even some rarer ones, but he didn't care. He spent his time on social affairs. Even at such a young age, he could easily command a room. To most of the public, he was a charming young man. It was when you talked to him face to face that his true nature showed. After the life-changing event that happened, Max became an entirely different person. Though he still seems like spoiled rich brat, under the surface is a deep chasm of fear, darkness, and vulnerability. He won't confide in anyone, he won't share the problem that he has. He becomes fearful, then hostile, whenever someone approaches him from behind.
