Fortunately, shoppe regulations are very simple and really sort of common sense, so really they just need a glance through. However, because they are so simple, it is expected they be followed.
II. You can sell anything in-character here, meaning Pokemon, items, or whatever. However, you can also sell services when it comes to breeders. This means that, if you want, you can offer a price to breed one of your pairs for, and give the buyer the resulting egg.
III. Please make sure you alert a staff member to take care of money transactions. However, if you are trading something for another item or Pokemon, you can take care of that yourself in the trading emporium.
