Winds. They blow. They blew the tall grass around as he walked to the High Prairie He was almost hidden by the grass. There was a small patch that was crushed like someone sat there recently. As he walked to the patch, that he decided to sit in, the little Natu came out of the Pokéball he now called home. 'Where we go to?' It questioned with no answer in reply, just the continued walking of his master. So like any Natu would do, he hopped into his hood. He loved how short his master was, because he could hop all over him from the ground. "We are going to sit and wait right there." He said pointing to the patch of crushed grass. When he got there and sat down he was startled to have sat on a rock. But instead of tossing it he kept it in his back pack. And like he said earlier he waited.

The High Prairie was quiet today. The winds blew through the tall, lush grasses that took up most of the land, carrying with them the salty smell of the nearby ocean. It was a beautiful day to be sitting in the grass and just enjoy the moments, but doubtfully that was what Aeli would want to do. New trainers want to battle, of course, and catch Pokémon. Meet someone new. Adventure. Suspence.
'He's just... sitting there,' thought the Poochyena, yellow eyes narrowed at the small boy and the smaller Pokémon he carried with him. A low growl built up in the canine's throat, a growl that reflected the creature's annoyment. Sitting in his territory like he was sitting on the beach or something! Picking up things that were part of his territory! It annoyed the Poochyena endlessly.
Deciding he had seen enough of this, and he was the one who would have to put an end to this ignorant human, the Dark Type leaped from his hiding place in the tall grass, instantly charging at Aeli and his Natu, fangs bared.

Well, as the wild Pokémon started to attack Aeli was a step ahead. He started thinking about it the moment he heard the warning growl, which in his mind is a stupid thing to equip any living thing with. The warning had let him know the plan of the beast, attack while distracted or unknowing of the attack. For the reason of attack, he had no idea. "Natu, ready to jump then fight." He whispered to the, almost sleeping, bird in his hood. He knew he understood because as soon as the dog like beast charged, the bird hopped onto the head of his master and then off as Aeli rolled out of the way. "Point downward and use peck. Think heavy and pin-like!" Aeli directed the bird that was at least ten or so feet in the air. Natu heard the yelling and did everything he said. He shot through the air, increasing speed while decreasing height. Then a thought crossed her mind, 'What if he moves? I'll be stuck in the ground!' So she tried to puff her feathers, and she started to spin like a drill. 'I should have stayed the way I was.' Natu thought as she crashed through the air, spinning and getting sicker as she fell. 'This better be worth it.' As she gotten sicker and dizzier she hoped she would live.

OoC// Sorry for the wait. DxThe Poochyena watched the small, green bird shot up into the air, with what seemed like a smug smile curving his maw. What was that pathetioc speck thinking, that he'd just politely keep standing there, allowing the attack to hit? Yeah, right.
The Dark type watched the Natu soar up into the sky - what was it, ten feet or so? - rather amused, remaining where he was when the small Pokémon came crashing down, moving away from her by darting to the right once she got within range. Believing the bird to surely have crashed into the ground by now, the canine made a sharp turn, fangs bared as he dove at the Natu, aiming to throw his body at her in a Tackle attack.

(OoC:) [Its very okay.]
Natu was very mad when, like she predicted, she got stuck in the ground. What made her scared was that her foe was running getting ready to tackle. 'Oh Great...' Natu thought. -Accept the tackle... it will hit you out off the ground...- Rang through the Natu's head. But she did not care about this voice, but only the voice of her master.
While the poor bird was gonna get hit with the tackle, her master, Aeli, was rummaging through his backpack. The only time he looked up is when he heard a bang, which turned out to be the hit of the tackle. The tackle fixed both problems. "Natu! Use Peck one more time and hurry!" he yelled while he looked through his back pack. 'NATUUUU!' cried the Natu as it ran straight for her target beak itching to make contact.

Pleased to see his attack was a success, the Poochyena allowed himself a moment of celebration. A rather confident grin curving his maw, the canine turned and braced himself, trying to locate the Natu he was fighting. Where had that little green thing run off to, now?
The Poochyena found his question awnsered as he felt a piercing pain in his side, from where Aeli's Natu was busy utilizing her Peck on him. Howling in pain, the Poochyena tried to jump away from his opponent, putting some distance between him and the Natu so he could get a clear view of the situation. Still, the Poochyena didn't have too much attacks to use; at loss for what else to do, the Dark type charged at Natu with a Tackle once again.
