Guess what.
I just spend 15 minutes bathroom hunting in my university.
I think I must have visited close to five bathrooms in the building I'm taking class in -- plus two or three more in a nearby building before finding one that had /toilet paper/.

When I ask one of the people in charge on cleaning duty this is what they say: "Oh, we have no more toilet paper anywhere in the university, sorry! Maybe you guys should alert the press or something, lol!"

Seriously... W.T.F?
Not enough budget to buy /toilet paper/, which (by the way) is the crappy and thin type that shaves your body parts when you wipe yourself with it?

What the hell did you do with all the tuition money we all paid you last january for our credits? Flush it down the drain or something?! D:<

I'm sorry, I'm just very peeved at this -- especially because I'm in /those/ days. >.<;
