Purity Valley (pyur'-eh-tee va'-lee) - is an expansive area even though the town it hosts is relatively small and close-knit. The houses themselves tend to average around two stories, and are built as close as possible to each other without crowding the inhabitants. Most commonly, they follow the set pattern of red brick and maroon roofing, though the occasional odd one out can be seen.
Cherry blossoms seem to be the favoured tree here, and during the spring the air is generally filled with the petals of blooming flowers as they float along the breeze. Of course, even the flowers that bloom on the ground are made into beautiful designs to accent the smooth, dirt roads of the small town.
Due to the valley's close connection with flight, an aircraft hanger has since been built to the north of town. However, trainers may not want to overlook this area as it is also the Purity Valley gym, which is headed by a young woman named Angela. She's a well-known pilot and specializes primarily in bird type Pokémon.
On the opposite side of town the buildings disappear to be replaced by large windmills, Purity Valley's power supply, and the training fields for hopeful fliers and flying Pokémon alike. However, perhaps the exit of the small town is a little less welcoming than the town itself, after all, it leads into the dark, twisted forest just past the protective cliffs and hills that surround the valley.

The hanger, as mentioned, also doubles as the town's Pokémon gym and as the leader, Angela's, living quarters. While the aircraft that are found inside are primarily primitive airplanes, there is some variety amongst them. Small make-shift flying machines others have attempted to create can be seen scattered along the inside walls, and perhaps the most admirable of the machines inside doesn't look like a plane at all, but rather a large ship of some sort. While it hasn't gained flight yet, it is perhaps the favoured project of many of Purity Valley's citizens. Near the hanger, a hot air balloon is normally stationed as well.
THE POKECENTRE
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Pokémon centre is considered to be one of the highlights of town for any trainers passing through, as not only does it offer free healing, but free rooms as well. While it does take a bit of searching to identify the building, it can be found thanks to the large wooden sign over the door that depicts a large pokéball symbol.
THE POKEMART
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The pokémart is more commonly overlooked than the Pokémon center, simply due to the fact it's privately owned and mixed in with the various houses. While it too has a small sign, it does take some searching along the roads to really identify it. The family itself lives above the small shop, but they are generally more than happy to help any trainers that come in.[/ul]
CLIMATE
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Due to the sheltering hills that surround the valley, Purity Valley's climate tends to be somewhat different compared to those of Konika Village and High Prairie. During spring and summer, the valley is normally sunny and breezy, and protected from any obscure storms that may come off the ocean. During these times the town itself is generally bathed in a snowfall of pink from the cherry blossoms, and the skies are normally filled with airplanes as Angela and the other pilots of the valley soar overhead.
During autumn and winter a noticeably chilly touch is added to the air, and during the winter especially there is a risk of snowfall. During the colder months it is rare for any planes to be seen, as the winds of the seasons tend to prove traitorous to all but the most experienced pilots. The town itself also looks rather drab, as the plants and trees remain bare and lifeless, even with the normally light snowfall.
