The Konika Village lab is the primary "base of operations" for one Professor Morwen Aspen and her various aides. While it is actually a rarity for the professor herself to be in, one of the many researchers that work under her guide are generally more than willing to take on the responsibility of giving beginning trainers their starter Pokémon. This is also where most trainers send the Pokémon which they are not currently training. Of course, at first glance the lab is rather strange. After all, it lacks quite a bit of the typical scientific necessities that most modern labs normally have.

The Millers are a married couple that have since retired to live in the peaceful seaside town. Despite their age, both individuals are extremely active, and ready to help any new trainer that may be starting out. Well, at least if you could spare the time to help them out as well!

Out of the entire village, the harbour is definitely the most busy part. The wooden docks are generally covered in people boarding and leaving the large, sailed ships that dock there, and occasionally a more modern vessel may make port here as individuals arrive from other regions. However, as much as it's a place of coming, it is also a place of going, as many of the ships make port again in other areas of the region.
